Economic stimulus payment dates are based on Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) for the 2019 tax year. If you have not filed 2019, then your AGI for 2018 will be used. If you did not file either year, but still qualify for a stimulus check, your payment will be issued at the end.
Stimulus payments for those with AGI of $10,000 (or less) were processed week ending April 17 for direct deposit. If the IRS did not have bank information for direct deposit, checks were mailed week ending April 24.
The earliest you can expect an economic stimulus payment is provided below. Without direct deposit, you might be waiting another week or two.

See https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/how-to-use-the-tools-on-irsgov-to-get-your-economic-impact-payment. Not all taxpayers can use the Get My Payment tool successfully, but the linked page outlines how stimulus works for people in situations similar to your own. Hope it helps 🙂
